Individuals and businesses are demanding a much deeper understanding of who they are or what really makes their staff tick.

So, why is it different to other tools or systems? The Enneagram moves well beyond assessing an individuals external motivators or 'what's on the outside' to uncover 'what's going on inside' that really triggers someone to think, behave, communicate, act or feel the way they do.
